Indira Gandhi National Open University has officially notified the registration timeline for E-Vidya Bharti (E-VAB) online learners preparing for the December 2026 Term-End Examination (TEE). According to the official E VAB Exam 2026 Notification, the online portal for exam form submission opened on 02 November 2026 and will remain active until 25 November 2026.
The Student Evaluation Division (SED) has confirmed that the term-end examinations for E-Vidya Bharti online students are tentatively slated to begin on 15 December 2026. IGNOU GOAL Guyana December 2026 Examination Schedule
In addition to domestic E-Vidya Bharti learners, IGNOU has published the tentative examination schedule for overseas students enrolled in Guyana under the IGNOU-Guyana-MOU (GOAL) framework.
The GOAL December 2026 TEE is scheduled from 05 December 2026 to 14 January 2027. Exams will be held from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM Guyana Time (GYT), corresponding to 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). A scheduled Christmas and New Year break will take place from 20 December 2026 to 03 January 2027.

IGNOU Examination Fee Structure and Form Submission Rules
Students filling out the online examination form must adhere to the prescribed fee guidelines laid down by the Student Evaluation Division. Fee rules vary depending on the student’s admission cycle.
For learners admitted up to the December 2022 cycle, the prescribed fee is Rs. 200 per course for both theory and practical/lab components. For learners enrolled from the January 2023 admission cycle onwards, separate fees apply for theory, practical, and project components.
Students are also mandated to create an Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID while filling up the examination form. Without an ABC ID, grades and marks will not be transmitted to DigiLocker or the ABC portal, which can impact the timely declaration of results.
